At the Professionals Bribie Island we also specialise in Property Management. We would like to introduce our Senior Asset Manager, Rosemary Haxton. Rosemary joined the Professionals Bribie Island in February 2010. Rosemary's extensive experience in customer service management, recruitment, conflict resolution, administration and ten plus years experience in property management gives the Professionals a great advantage in Property Management on the island. Rosemary initially acquired her Real Estate License on the Gold Coast where she was involved in on-site management. After two years Rosemary moved to Melbourne to manage a new complex of 48 townhouses. Her role here required her to let new properties, work alongside owners, run the trust account, organise all maintenance associated with properties and liase with body corporate. Once Rosemary's contract was completed in Melbourne she moved up to Hervey Bay, QLD and worked for the Professionals Hervey Bay. Rosemary and her partner are now based in the Bribie Island area.
